The Presbyterian Early Learning Center (PELC) is a child care center devoted to the education and development of young children. We offer Full-time Preschool for 3's and 4's (daycare), Part-time Preschool for 2's, 3's, 4's, Pre-Kindergarten, and our “Mother's Day Out” program for children 5 months to 3 years old, 1 or more days per week.
